Your 7-Day Intuition Training
Daily exercises to sharpen your sixth sense. Do them in order — each builds on the last.
Week 1: Awakening
Your body feels danger before your mind knows it. Today, practice noticing physical sensations when making small decisions — tightness, warmth, lightness. These are your intuitive signals.
Exercise: Before every small decision today (what to eat, which route to take), pause 3 seconds and notice the first physical sensation. Write it down. At day's end, check which feelings led to good outcomes.
Your first impression of people is 67% accurate according to studies. Today, log your first impression of everyone you encounter and check back later.
Exercise: For every new person you interact with today, write your immediate gut feeling in one word. Trustworthy? Nervous? Kind? Review in 1 week.
Predict small outcomes before they happen. Not life-changing events — tiny, immediate things. This trains your brain's pattern-recognition network.
Exercise: 10 times today, predict something small: which elevator opens first, who will message you next, what song plays on shuffle. Track your hit rate.
Intuition is quiet. Logic is loud. To hear your intuition, you need silence. Today, practice 5 minutes of complete stillness before major decisions.
Exercise: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Sit in silence with a decision in mind. Don't think — just listen. The first answer that arises without effort is your intuition speaking.
People broadcast their true feelings constantly through micro-expressions and tone. Today, focus on what people mean, not what they say.
Exercise: In 3 conversations today, ignore the words and focus entirely on tone, pace, and body language. What's the real message underneath? Compare with what was actually said.
When you're torn between two choices, flip a coin. Your reaction to the result reveals what your intuition already knew. This is a classic decision-making technique used by top executives.
Exercise: Find a decision you're stuck on. Assign heads/tails. Flip. Notice your immediate emotional reaction to the result — relief or disappointment. That's your intuition.
Review your week. How many times was your gut right? Wrong? What patterns emerge? This reflection cements your learning and reveals your unique intuitive style.
Exercise: Review all your notes from the week. Calculate your intuitive hit rate. Identify: when is your intuition strongest? Weakest? What throws it off? This self-knowledge is your foundation.
